how-to-treat-ringwormThis highly contagious infection of the skin known commonly as ringworm is also medically called Tinea. The term ringworm is somewhat misleading, since no worm is involved, it is caused by a fungal infection. However, as the infection spreads, inflammation extends in a ring shape, whilst the center reverts to the appearance of normal skin. Ringworm can occur anywhere in the body, but warm, moist areas, such as the armpits, groin, beneath the breasts and the feet are the most common places.

Treatment – Try applications of eucalyptus oil at least twice a day, morning and evening, that usually does the trick.
